Receta Crabmeat With Straw Mushrooms

Ingredientes
- 3 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
- 2 x Cloves (small) garlic, minced
- 1/4 lb Frzn Alaska King crab, thawed and liquid removed
- 2 tsp White wine
- 8 ounce Canned straw mushrooms
- 8 ounce Canned baby corn, liquid removed
- 2 ounce Fresh snow pea pods
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Grnd white pepper
- 1 c. Water
- 1 tsp Cornstarch, mixed with
- 2 tsp Cool water
- 2 tsp Sesame seed oil
Direcciones
- Bring the oil to high heat in a wok. Add in the garlic, crab, wine, mushrooms, corn,and pea pods. Stir-fry 2 min. Add in the salt, white pepper and water, then add in the cornstarch mix and stir-fry till thickened. Remove from heat. Add in the sesame seed oil and stir to combine.
- Note: This dishshould be cooked at the last minute to ensure maximum freshness. It must be served warm.
