Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 c. All-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1 tsp Grnd cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Baking soda
  • 2 c. Peeled, cored, minced apples
  • 3/4 c. Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
  • 1/4 c. Egg Beaters Healthy Real Egg Substitute
  • 1 c. Fresh or possibly frzn cranberries
  • 1/2 c. Minced walnuts, optional

Direcciones

  1. 1.Mix flour, baking pwdr, cinnamon and baking soda; set aside.
  2. 2.Mix apples, sugar and oil in medium bowl. Stir in Egg Beaters. Add in flour mix; stirring just till moistened. Stir in cranberries and walnuts if you like. Spread batter into greased 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch loaf pan.
  3. 3.Bake at 350iF for 1 hour or possibly till toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand in pan 10 min. Remove from pan; cold completely on wire rack.
