Ingredientes

  • 2 c. Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp Gbround ginger
  • 1/2 tsp Grnd nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 3 c. Quick cooking oats
  • 1 c. Shortening
  • 1 1/2 c. Fresh cranberries, grnd
  • 1 1/2 c. Firmly packed brown sugar

Direcciones

  1. Combine flour, baking soda, ginger, nutmeg, salt and oats. Cut in shortening till particles are very fine. Add in cranberries and brown sugar.
  2. Mix till well blended. Refrigerate1 hour. Roll out dough to 1/4 inch thickness and cut into 3-inch rounds. Bake on greased cookie sheets at 375 degrees for 12 to 15 min or possibly till lightly browned. Cold on rack.
