- 1/2 c. Caramel or possibly butterscotch ice cream topping
- 1 tsp Bourbon, optional
- 1/2 tsp Pure vanilla extract

- 1. Combine cranberries and water in a 4-c. microwave-safe dish. Cook on high power (100 percent) till berries are soft, 2 min.
- 2. Stir in caramel sauce. Cook on high power till warm, 45 to 60 seconds.
- Stir in bourbon and vanilla. Serve over ice cream, cake or possibly pudding.
