Ingredientes

  • 1 c. Whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 1/4 c. Honey
  • 1/4 c. Soy sauce
  • 2 x Cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. Chopped fresh ginger
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper
  • 4 x Skinless salmon fillets, (about 1-1/2 lbs total)

  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a baking pan large sufficient to hold the salmon in a single layer. In medium bowl, combine first 6 ingredients and blend thoroughly. Place salmon in prepared baking dish.
  3. Spoon cranberry mix proportionately over fillets. Bake about 10 min (mine took closer to 20) or possibly till salmon is cooked through and just flakes when tested with a fork.
  4. Served this with a noodle recipe (Caraway Noodles) from Bon Appetit. I made a half recipe.
