Receta Cranberry Glazed Salmon

Ingredientes
- 1 c. Whole berry cranberry sauce
- 1/4 c. Honey
- 1/4 c. Soy sauce
- 2 x Cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. Chopped fresh ginger
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper
- 4 x Skinless salmon fillets, (about 1-1/2 lbs total)

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a baking pan large sufficient to hold the salmon in a single layer. In medium bowl, combine first 6 ingredients and blend thoroughly. Place salmon in prepared baking dish.
- Spoon cranberry mix proportionately over fillets. Bake about 10 min (mine took closer to 20) or possibly till salmon is cooked through and just flakes when tested with a fork.
- Served this with a noodle recipe (Caraway Noodles) from Bon Appetit. I made a half recipe.
