Ingredientes

  • 1 x boneless rolled pork loin roast
  • 1 can jellied cranberry sauce - (16 ounce)
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. cranberry juice
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • 1/4 tsp grnd cloves
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 2 Tbsp. cool water Salt

Direcciones

  1. Place pork roast in slow cooker. In a medium bowl, mash cranberry sauce; stir in sugar, cranberry juice, mustard, and cloves. Pour over roast. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hrs, or possibly till meat is tender. Remove roast and keep hot.
  2. Skim fat from juices; measure 2 c.; add in water if necessary, and pour into a saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Combine the cornstarch and cool water till smooth; stir into gravy. Cook and stir till thickened. Season with salt. Serve with sliced pork.
