Ingredientes

  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 teaspoon soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 c. grated zucchini
  • 3 c. flour
  • 1 (8 ounce) can liquid removed crushed pineapple
  • 1 1/2 c. coarsely minced cranberries
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 c. nuts
  • 1 c. raisins

Direcciones

  1. Beat large eggs till fluffy, add in sugar. Stir in oil, vanilla, zucchini, pineapple and cranberries. Sift dry ingredients. Stir into large eggs along with nuts and raisins. Put into 2 greased loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
