Receta Cranberry Zucchini Bread

Ingredientes
- 3 large eggs
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 teaspoon soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 c. grated zucchini
- 3 c. flour
- 1 (8 ounce) can liquid removed crushed pineapple
- 1 1/2 c. coarsely minced cranberries
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 c. nuts
- 1 c. raisins
Direcciones
- Beat large eggs till fluffy, add in sugar. Stir in oil, vanilla, zucchini, pineapple and cranberries. Sift dry ingredients. Stir into large eggs along with nuts and raisins. Put into 2 greased loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
