Ingredientes

  • 1 lb Peeled crawfish tails
  • 3 c. Spinach -- minced
  • 1 c. Green onions -- minced
  • 3/4 c. Celery -- minced
  • 1 c. Parsley or possibly watercress -- Chop
  • 1/4 lb Butter or possibly margarine
  • 3/4 c. Heavy cream
  • 1/8 c. Anisette Liqueur
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 1/8 tsp Red pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Oregano
  • 1/2 c. Buttered bread crumbs

Direcciones

  1. X Parmesan cheese; grated Saute/fry crawfish, veggies and butter 5 min.
  2. Add in cream and anisette. Put in shallow casserole and cover with crumbs. Top with cheese and bake at 350 for 15 min.
