Receta Crawfish Anisette

Ingredientes
- 1 lb Peeled crawfish tails
- 3 c. Spinach -- minced
- 1 c. Green onions -- minced
- 3/4 c. Celery -- minced
- 1 c. Parsley or possibly watercress -- Chop
- 1/4 lb Butter or possibly margarine
- 3/4 c. Heavy cream
- 1/8 c. Anisette Liqueur
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
- 1/8 tsp Red pepper
- 1/2 tsp Oregano
- 1/2 c. Buttered bread crumbs
Direcciones
- X Parmesan cheese; grated Saute/fry crawfish, veggies and butter 5 min.
- Add in cream and anisette. Put in shallow casserole and cover with crumbs. Top with cheese and bake at 350 for 15 min.
