Ingredientes

  • 4 Tab butter
  • 4 Tab. Flour
  • 2 c. Half & half
  • 1/2 c. Ketchup
  • 1 (4 oz ) can sliced mushrooms , drained
  • 2 # crawfish tails
  • 6 green onions, chopped
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/4 c. Brandy
  • Salt. Pepper, and To asco sauce to taste

Direcciones

  1. n heavy skillet, melt butter and stir in flour.
  2. Gradually add half and half stirring constantly until mix thickens
  3. add ketchup, mushrooms, and crawfish.
  4. Cook 2 min .
  5. sauté onions in 1 Stick butter. This can be done in microwave. Add the butter & onion mix to the crawfish mix. Add brandy & season to taste.
  6. Spoon into individual in greased ramekins. Bake for 15 min or until bubbly hot
