Ingredientes
- 4 Tab butter
- 4 Tab. Flour
- 2 c. Half & half
- 1/2 c. Ketchup
- 1 (4 oz ) can sliced mushrooms , drained
- 2 # crawfish tails
- 6 green onions, chopped
- 1 stick butter
- 1/4 c. Brandy
- Salt. Pepper, and To asco sauce to taste
Direcciones
- n heavy skillet, melt butter and stir in flour.
- Gradually add half and half stirring constantly until mix thickens
- add ketchup, mushrooms, and crawfish.
- Cook 2 min .
- sauté onions in 1 Stick butter. This can be done in microwave. Add the butter & onion mix to the crawfish mix. Add brandy & season to taste.
- Spoon into individual in greased ramekins. Bake for 15 min or until bubbly hot
