Ingredientes

  • 1 c. quartered seeded mangoes
  • 1 c. halved stemmed strawberries
  • 1 x banana quartered
  • 1 c. ice cubes
  • 1 c. plain yogurt
  • 1/2 c. orange or possibly pineapple juice
  • 1/2 c. dark rum
  • 1/4 c. fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 c. coconut flakes

Direcciones

  1. Place ice cubes in a blender and crush. Add in the fruit, yogurt, juice, rum, and lime juice and process on high speed till frothy and thick. Pour into 2 tall glasses and top each with 2 Tbsp. of coconut flakes. Serve immediately.
  2. This recipe yields 2 servings.
