Ingredientes
- 1 c. quartered seeded mangoes
- 1 c. halved stemmed strawberries
- 1 x banana quartered
- 1 c. ice cubes
- 1 c. plain yogurt
- 1/2 c. orange or possibly pineapple juice
- 1/2 c. dark rum
- 1/4 c. fresh lime juice
- 1/4 c. coconut flakes
Direcciones
- Place ice cubes in a blender and crush. Add in the fruit, yogurt, juice, rum, and lime juice and process on high speed till frothy and thick. Pour into 2 tall glasses and top each with 2 Tbsp. of coconut flakes. Serve immediately.
