Ingredientes

  • 2 (8 ounce) pkg. cream cheese
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 T lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 40 Keebler vanilla wafers
  • 1 can cherry pie filling

Direcciones

  1. Cream softened cream cheese and sugar. Add in large eggs, lemon juice and vanilla; beat till fluffy. Place a vanilla wafer in bottom of foil cup. Fill a little more than 2/3 full. Bake till set, 15-20 min at 375 degrees. When cool, top with cherry or possibly blueberry pie filling. Note: Must use foil tin liners, mini muffin size.
