Receta Cream Cheese Cherry Tarts

Ingredientes
- 2 (8 ounce) pkg. cream cheese
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 T lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 40 Keebler vanilla wafers
- 1 can cherry pie filling
Direcciones
- Cream softened cream cheese and sugar. Add in large eggs, lemon juice and vanilla; beat till fluffy. Place a vanilla wafer in bottom of foil cup. Fill a little more than 2/3 full. Bake till set, 15-20 min at 375 degrees. When cool, top with cherry or possibly blueberry pie filling. Note: Must use foil tin liners, mini muffin size.
