Ingredientes

  • 8 ounce pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 onion, minced
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 pkg. George Washington seasoning
  • 1/2 c. dry oatmeal
  • 1/2 c. grnd walnuts
  • 1/2 teaspoon sage
  • 1/4 c. parsley
  • 1 1/2 c. coarsely grnd crackers

Direcciones

  1. Mix all ingredients together thoroughly. Deep fry in hot oil sufficient to brown quickly, but not too hot to burn.For sauce, mix: 1 can celery soup 1/2 soup can water
  2. Mix soups and water together, pour over meat balls. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 min.
