Ingredientes

  • 1 c. hard tofu
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 3 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice or possibly vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Direcciones

  1. Combine ingredients in a blender or possibly food processor, and blend till smooth. Scrape the sides often with a rubber spatula, pushing the tofu towards the center of the blender. Pour into a dish and chill.
