Ingredientes
- 1 c. hard tofu
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 3 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice or possibly vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
Direcciones
- Combine ingredients in a blender or possibly food processor, and blend till smooth. Scrape the sides often with a rubber spatula, pushing the tofu towards the center of the blender. Pour into a dish and chill.
