Cream Cheese Peach Pie

Ingredientes

  • 3/4 c. Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 3 Tbsp. Butter
  • 1 pkt Vanilla pudding, 3 ounce NOT INSTANT
  • 1 lrg Egg
  • 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1 lrg Can sliced peaches 20-28oz liquid removed, reserve juice
  • 1 pkt 8 ounce cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 3 1/2 Tbsp. Peach juice
  • 2 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Fresh grated nutmeg

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 350F. Combine and beat first 7 ingredients for 2 min.
  2. Pour into greased 10 inch pie pan. Place sliced peaches on top of batter. Combine cream cheese, sugar and peach juice. Beat 2 min.
  3. Smooth with a spoon to within 1/2 inch edge of the pie pan. Mix sugar and spices, sprinkle on top of the pie. Bake for 35-40 min or possibly till golden.
