Receta Cream Cheese Peach Pie

Ingredientes
- 3/4 c. Flour
- 1 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 3 Tbsp. Butter
- 1 pkt Vanilla pudding, 3 ounce NOT INSTANT
- 1 lrg Egg
- 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
- 1 lrg Can sliced peaches 20-28oz liquid removed, reserve juice
- 1 pkt 8 ounce cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c. Sugar
- 3 1/2 Tbsp. Peach juice
- 2 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Fresh grated nutmeg
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350F. Combine and beat first 7 ingredients for 2 min.
- Pour into greased 10 inch pie pan. Place sliced peaches on top of batter. Combine cream cheese, sugar and peach juice. Beat 2 min.
- Smooth with a spoon to within 1/2 inch edge of the pie pan. Mix sugar and spices, sprinkle on top of the pie. Bake for 35-40 min or possibly till golden.
