Ingredientes

  • 1 pt Chicken broth
  • 1 pt Lowfat milk, whole
  • 1/2 pt Cream, heavy
  • 2 Tbsp. Rice, cook separately
  • 1 x Egg yolk, beaten lightly Flour, add in to make rivels

Direcciones

  1. When about ready to serve, heat lowfat milk, broth and cream to boiling point, then add in rivels. Cook a few min, add in rice and small piece of butter.
  2. Season to taste.
