Ingredientes
- 1 pt Chicken broth
- 1 pt Lowfat milk, whole
- 1/2 pt Cream, heavy
- 2 Tbsp. Rice, cook separately
- 1 x Egg yolk, beaten lightly Flour, add in to make rivels
Direcciones
- When about ready to serve, heat lowfat milk, broth and cream to boiling point, then add in rivels. Cook a few min, add in rice and small piece of butter.
- Season to taste.
