Ingredientes

  • 3 medium sized mangoes
  • 1 tsp of lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp of almond extract
  • 1 250 ml all-purpose cream
  • 2 tbsps of confectioner's sugar
  • 2 tbsps of chopped almonds

Direcciones

  1. Prepare first three ingredients in a blender until smooth then set aside.
  2. Whip cream with sugar until stiff. Fold in mango puree and pour into dessert glasses or custard cups. Sprinkle with chopped almond on top and chill.
