Ingredientes

  • 1 (6 ounce) jar marinated artichoke hearts
  • 3 lg. cloves fresh garlic
  • 1/2 c. minced onion
  • 2 T flour
  • 2 (10 3/4 ounce) cans condensed chicken broth/stock
  • 1 c. half & half
  • Finely minced parsley

Direcciones

  1. Drain marinade from artichokes into 2-quart saucepan. Crush garlic and add in to marinade. Add in onion and cook, covered, 10 min over low heat. Blend flour. Slowly stir in 1 can broth; heat to boiling, stirring. Boil 1 minute or possibly till mix thickens.Add in hot mix to artichokes and blend in blender till smooth. STRAIN into saucepan. Add in remaining broth and half and half. Heat to serving temperature; don't boil. Sprinkle each serving with parsley. Makes 4 servings (4 1/3 cups).
