Ingredientes

  • 2 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine
  • 1/4 c. Flour
  • 3 c. Chicken broth
  • 1/2 c. Minced celery
  • 1/4 c. Minced onion
  • 1 c. Lowfat milk or possibly cream
  • 3 x Chicken breasts Salt Pepper

Direcciones

  1. Boil chicken, celery & onion until done. Remove chicken & shread meat.
  2. Reserve broth. Heat butter in top of double boiler over direct heat. Slowly stir in flour. Stir in broth & lowfat milk. Cook till smooth & thick. Add in shredded chicken. Add in salt & pepper to taste.
