Ingredientes
- 2 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine
- 1/4 c. Flour
- 3 c. Chicken broth
- 1/2 c. Minced celery
- 1/4 c. Minced onion
- 1 c. Lowfat milk or possibly cream
- 3 x Chicken breasts Salt Pepper
Direcciones
- Boil chicken, celery & onion until done. Remove chicken & shread meat.
- Reserve broth. Heat butter in top of double boiler over direct heat. Slowly stir in flour. Stir in broth & lowfat milk. Cook till smooth & thick. Add in shredded chicken. Add in salt & pepper to taste.
