Ingredientes

  • 1 box white cake mix
  • 1/2 c. Veg. oil
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 1 ct (8-ounce) lowfat sour cream
  • 1 can (8-ounce) cream of coconut
  • 1 pkt (8-ounce) cream cheese
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 lb Powdered sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. Lowfat milk
  • 1 can Coconut

Direcciones

  1. Mix all ingredients together; pour into a greased and floured 9x13 inch baking pan. Bake 30 min at 350 degrees; cold. To make frosting: Combine softened cream cheese, vanilla. powdered sugar and lowfat milk. Spread over cooled cake. Top with coconut.
