- 1 box white cake mix
- 1/2 c. Veg. oil
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1 ct (8-ounce) lowfat sour cream
- 1 can (8-ounce) cream of coconut
- 1 pkt (8-ounce) cream cheese
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 lb Powdered sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Lowfat milk
- 1 can Coconut
Direcciones
- Mix all ingredients together; pour into a greased and floured 9x13 inch baking pan. Bake 30 min at 350 degrees; cold. To make frosting: Combine softened cream cheese, vanilla. powdered sugar and lowfat milk. Spread over cooled cake. Top with coconut.
