Ingredientes

  • 2 c. Half and half
  • 2 c. Heavy cream
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 c. Melted butter
  • 3/4 c. Cornstarch, mixed in
  • 2 c. Cool water
  • 1 can Cream of celery soup Salt, to taste White Pepper, to taste Crabmeat or possibly clawmeat, 12-15 ozs.

Direcciones

  1. Heat butter in Dutch oven; Mix cornstarch in water & add in to butter, add in soup,cream, salt,pepper and worcestershire sauce. Stir till smooth, add in crabmeat. Cook & stir over Medium heat (about 10-15 min).
  2. Serves 6-8
