Ingredientes

  • 1 lb Crabmeat
  • 1/4 tsp Celery salt
  • 1 x Chicken bouillion cube
  • 1 c. Boiling water
  • 1 x Dash pepper
  • 1/4 c. Minced onion
  • 1 quart Lowfat milk
  • 1 c. Butter
  • 1 x Minced parsley
  • 3 tsp Flour

Direcciones

  1. Dissolve boullion cube in water. Cook onion in butter till tender, blend in flour and seasonings. Add in lowfat milk and bouillion gradually; cook till thick, stirring constantly. Add in crabmeat, heat. Garnish with parsley.
