Ingredientes
- 1 lb Crabmeat
- 1/4 tsp Celery salt
- 1 x Chicken bouillion cube
- 1 c. Boiling water
- 1 x Dash pepper
- 1/4 c. Minced onion
- 1 quart Lowfat milk
- 1 c. Butter
- 1 x Minced parsley
- 3 tsp Flour
Direcciones
- Dissolve boullion cube in water. Cook onion in butter till tender, blend in flour and seasonings. Add in lowfat milk and bouillion gradually; cook till thick, stirring constantly. Add in crabmeat, heat. Garnish with parsley.
