Ingredientes

  • 1/2 lb fresh mushrooms washed & minced
  • 2 tsp minced onion
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1/3 c. flour
  • 3 1/2 c. chicken broth
  • 1/2 c. water salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 c. half and half

Direcciones

  1. Saute/fry mushrooms and onions in butter for 3-4 min, stir occasionally. Stir in flour and cook till bubbly. Add in broth, water, salt and pepper and cook, stirring constantly, till mix thickens. Add in half and half and heat through stirring constantly. Don't let boil. 5-6 servings.
