Ingredientes

  • 4 x Chicken bouillon cubes
  • 1 quart Boiling water
  • 2 c. Diced raw potatoes
  • 1 sm Package dry mushrooms, 1/2 oz
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/8 tsp Marjoram
  • 1 Tbsp. Finely minced onion
  • 1 Tbsp. Butter
  • 1 Tbsp. Flour
  • 1/4 c. Cream

Direcciones

  1. Dissolve bouillon cubes in boiling water. Add in potatoes, mushrooms, salt and marjoram and SIMMER for 25 min. Saute/fry' onion in butter, blend in flour and brown. Add in soup slowly, stir till slightly thickened. Just before serving, stir in cream and reheat. 4 to 5 servings
