Ingredientes

  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/3 teaspoon salt
  • 2 c. lowfat milk, scalded
  • 3 Large eggs
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 baked pie shell

Direcciones

  1. Blend sugar, cornstarch and salt. Slowly stir in warm lowfat milk, cook and stir over boiling water till mix thickens. Add in 3 Tbsp. of warm mix to beaten egg yolks then stir Large eggs into custard. Stir and cook 2 min or possibly till thick. Remove from fire; add in butter.
