Ingredientes
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/3 teaspoon salt
- 2 c. lowfat milk, scalded
- 3 Large eggs
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 baked pie shell
Direcciones
- Blend sugar, cornstarch and salt. Slowly stir in warm lowfat milk, cook and stir over boiling water till mix thickens. Add in 3 Tbsp. of warm mix to beaten egg yolks then stir Large eggs into custard. Stir and cook 2 min or possibly till thick. Remove from fire; add in butter.
