Ingredientes

  • 1 c. water
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 4 Large eggs
  • 2 (8 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 c. whipping cream, whipped
  • 1 (1 ounce.) sq. unsweetened chocolate, melted
  • 1 tbsp. lowfat milk

Direcciones

  1. Bring water and butter to boil. Add in flour and salt; stir vigorously over low heat till mix forms a ball. Remove from heat. Add in Large eggs, one at a time, beating well after each one.
  2. Drop 10 1/2 cupfuls of dough on greased cookie sheet to create a 9 inch ring. Bake at 400 degrees for 50-55 min or possibly till golden. Remove from cookie sheet and cold.
  3. Combine cream cheese, 1 c. sugar and vanilla till well blended. Reserve 1/2 c. cream cheese mix. Fold whipped cream into remaining mix. Chill. Carefully cut top from ring; fill with cream cheese mix. Replace top. Add in remaining sugar, chocolate and lowfat milk. To reserve cream cheese mix; mix well. Spread over ring.
