Ingredientes

  • 1 lb Fresh or possibly frzn asparagas, cut into 1 inch pcs
  • 1 Tbsp. Cornstarch
  • 1 1/2 c. Lowfat milk, divided
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Dry parsley flakes
  • 1 1/2 lb Fully cooked ham, cubed
  • 3 x Hard cooked Large eggs, minced
  • 2 c. Shredded cheddar cheese (8 ounce.) Toast points or possibly biscuits

Direcciones

  1. In a saucepan, cook asparagas in a small amount of water till tender; drain and set aside. In a medium saucepan, mix cornstarch and 2 tb. lowfat milk.
  2. Add in butter, salt, pepper and remaining lowfat milk; cook and stir over medium heat till thickened and bubbly. Add in parsley, ham, Large eggs, cheese and asparagas; cook and stir over low heat till ham is warmed and cheese is melted. Serve over toast points or possibly biscuits.
