Receta Creamed Ham And Asparagas

Ingredientes
- 1 lb Fresh or possibly frzn asparagas, cut into 1 inch pcs
- 1 Tbsp. Cornstarch
- 1 1/2 c. Lowfat milk, divided
- 2 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Dry parsley flakes
- 1 1/2 lb Fully cooked ham, cubed
- 3 x Hard cooked Large eggs, minced
- 2 c. Shredded cheddar cheese (8 ounce.) Toast points or possibly biscuits
Direcciones
- In a saucepan, cook asparagas in a small amount of water till tender; drain and set aside. In a medium saucepan, mix cornstarch and 2 tb. lowfat milk.
- Add in butter, salt, pepper and remaining lowfat milk; cook and stir over medium heat till thickened and bubbly. Add in parsley, ham, Large eggs, cheese and asparagas; cook and stir over low heat till ham is warmed and cheese is melted. Serve over toast points or possibly biscuits.
