- 3 ounce Cream cheese
- 1 tsp Unflavored gelatin, soften in
- 1 tsp Water
- 1/3 tsp Vanilla
- 1/3 c. Sugar
- 1 pt Whipping cream
- 1 x Baked pie shell or possibly graham cracker crust Fresh fruit or possibly berries
Direcciones
- Cream together cream cheese, gelatin, vanilla, & sugar in mixer, scraping sides as you mix. Add in whipping cream & beat rapidly till stiff, but don't overbeat. Put in pie shell & freeze 1 hour. Serve topped w/ fresh fruit or possibly berries in season.
