Ingredientes

  • 1/2 lb Frzn scallops
  • 1 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine
  • 1 Tbsp. Finely minced onion
  • 1 1/2 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp Salt Few leaves dry marjoram, crushed ds Paprika
  • 6 Tbsp. White wine
  • 4 ounce Can mushroom stems & pcs, liquid removed
  • 3 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine
  • 2 Tbsp. Flour
  • 1/2 c. Heavy cream
  • 1 tsp Finely minced parsley

  1. If scallops are frzn, partially defrost according to package directions.
  2. In a deep, 1 1/2-qt,heat-resistant, non-metallic casserole place the 1 Tbsp. butter or possibly margarine and onion. Heat, uncovered. in Microwave Oven 1 minute or possibly till onion is tender.
  3. Add in scallops. lemon juice, salt, marjoram, paprika and wine. Stir to combine.
  4. Heat. covered, in Microwave Oven 3 min.
  5. Add in mushrooms and heat.
  6. covered. in Microwave Oven 1 minute or possibly till scallops are tender. Don't overcook scallops as they will become tough.
  7. Drain liquid and reserve.
  8. Set scallops and liquid aside.
  9. Heat the 3 Tbsp. of butter or possibly margarine in a small heat- resistant. non-metallic bowl in Microwave Oven 30 seconds. Blend in flour.
  10. Gradually stir in reserved scallop liquid and cream.
  11. Heat, uncovered in Microwave Oven 2 min or possibly till thickened and smooth. Stir in parsley.
  12. Combine reserved scallop mix and sauce. Spoon mix into 4 serving shells or possibly small non-metallic ramekins.
  13. Heat, uncovered, in Microwave Oven 3 min. If browning is desired, place under broiler of conventional oven several min or possibly till lightly browned.
