Ingredientes
- 1/2 lb Frzn scallops
- 1 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine
- 1 Tbsp. Finely minced onion

- 6 Tbsp. White wine
- 4 ounce Can mushroom stems & pcs, liquid removed
- 3 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine
- 2 Tbsp. Flour
- 1/2 c. Heavy cream
- 1 tsp Finely minced parsley

- 1. If scallops are frzn, partially defrost according to package directions.
- 2. In a deep, 1 1/2-qt,heat-resistant, non-metallic casserole place the 1 Tbsp. butter or possibly margarine and onion. Heat, uncovered. in Microwave Oven 1 minute or possibly till onion is tender.
- 3. Add in scallops. lemon juice, salt, marjoram, paprika and wine. Stir to combine.
