Receta Creamed Spinach

Creamed Spinach is a vegetable dish made with spinach cooked in a creamy sauce, a dish that is usually paired with any roast meats. For Filipino’s think of it as a Western version of laing but with toned down taste as this dish is simply flavoured with cream and onions. On its most basic form spinach is just cooked in milk/cream and softened onions on butter but I guess you can try it with other ingredients to enhance or improve on its flavour, perhaps some chillies and bacon would make this already delicious dish even more awesome.
