Ingredientes

  • 1 tbsp. butter
  • 1 tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 c. lowfat milk
  • 2 c. warm-cooked or possibly canned vegetables, liquid removed

Direcciones

  1. Heat butter; blend in flour and dash of salt. Add in lowfat milk at once. Cook quickly, stirring constantly till thickened and bubbly. Pour over vegetables. Serves 4.
