Receta Creamed Vegetables
Ingredientes
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 1 tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 3/4 c. lowfat milk
- 2 c. warm-cooked or possibly canned vegetables, liquid removed
Direcciones
- Heat butter; blend in flour and dash of salt. Add in lowfat milk at once. Cook quickly, stirring constantly till thickened and bubbly. Pour over vegetables. Serves 4.
