Ingredientes

  • 1 pkt (6 ounce) lemon gelatin pwdr
  • 2 c. Boiling water
  • 2 c. Miniature marshmallows
  • 4 lrg Ripe bananas, cut in 1/4" slices
  • 1 can (20 ounce) crushed pineapple
  • 2 c. Cool water
  • 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. All-purpose flour
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine
  • 1 c. Whipping cream
  • 1/2 c. Minced walnuts

Direcciones

  1. In a bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir in marshmallows till melted. Stir in bananas. Drain pinepple, reserving juice. Add in pineapple and cool water to gelatin mix; mix well. Pour into a 13x9x2-inch pan; refrigeratetill set. In a small saucepan, combine the sugar and flour. Gradually stir in reserved pineapple juice. Add in butter; bring to a boil. Coook and stir for 2 min. Remove from the heat; cold to room temperature, about 35-40 min. Whip the cream; fold into pineapple juice mix. Spread over gelatin. Sprinkle with nuts. Refrigeratefor 1-2 hrs.
