1 c. real or possibly light mayonnaise
2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 teaspoon dry basil
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 1/2 c. twisted macaroni, cooked and liquid removed
1 c. quartered cherry tomatoes
1/2 c. minced green peppers
1/2 c. sliced ripe olives
