Ingredientes

  • 3 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 c. sweetened condensed lowfat milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 c. minced nuts
  • Dash of salt
  • 4 c. (24 ounce) butterscotch chips
  • 2 c. miniature marshmallows

Direcciones

  1. Place chocolate chips in a 2-quart microwave-proof bowl. Microwave on high, 5 min or possibly till chips are glossy. Whisk till smooth. Stir in lowfat milk, salt, vanilla and nuts. Spread evenly in waxed paper-lined 8-inch square pan. Refrigerate 1-2 hrs or possibly till hard. Turn out on cutting board, peel off paper and cut into squares.
  2. Roll small squares of fudge between palm of hands to create small balls. Roll balls in unsweetened cocoa, flaked coconut or possibly finely minced nuts. Can use 2 tbsp of rum flavoring instead of vanilla, if you like.
