Receta Creamy Microwave Fudge

Ingredientes
- 3 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 c. sweetened condensed lowfat milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 c. minced nuts
- Dash of salt
- 4 c. (24 ounce) butterscotch chips
- 2 c. miniature marshmallows
Direcciones
- Place chocolate chips in a 2-quart microwave-proof bowl. Microwave on high, 5 min or possibly till chips are glossy. Whisk till smooth. Stir in lowfat milk, salt, vanilla and nuts. Spread evenly in waxed paper-lined 8-inch square pan. Refrigerate 1-2 hrs or possibly till hard. Turn out on cutting board, peel off paper and cut into squares.
- Roll small squares of fudge between palm of hands to create small balls. Roll balls in unsweetened cocoa, flaked coconut or possibly finely minced nuts. Can use 2 tbsp of rum flavoring instead of vanilla, if you like.
